Oneglia dresses up for the festival and brings to the streets and squares, to the quay of Calata Cuneo the scents and colors of the territory, proudly representing that culture linked to quality extra virgin olive oil and the recognized uniqueness of the taggiasca olive. Enhancement of gastronomic excellence but also workshops, tastings, culture and events. The program is very rich, opening on Friday, November 8, at 9 a.m. with the commercial stands and at 2:30 p.m. with the institutional ones. Scheduled over the three days are show cooking under the guidance of great chefs who will pair the main product of the land of taggiasca with local fish and present pairings that also enhance the typicality and flavors of the nearby mountains between Liguria and Piedmont. Among the attractions of the three-day taste event are also tasting courses, thematic workshops, a school of knots and marine biology, exhibitions and entertainment.
